The Northwest rice harvest season offers photographers a serene and poetic scene. The golden rice fields come alive with the innocent smiles of highland children playing amidst the harvest. From a distance, the terraced fields stretch endlessly, painting the landscape in shades of gold. The vibrant yellow of the ripe rice blends harmoniously with the lush green of the mountains and forests, set against the vast blue sky, creating a breathtaking and irresistible composition for your lens.

DAY 1: HANOI – ARRIVAL
The tour guide will pick you up from the Noi Bai airport (HAN) and transfer you to the hotel for rest.
Stay the night in Ha Noi.
DAY 2: HA NOI – HUNG YEN
After breakfast, prepare for the transfer.
A 1-hour drive to Quang Phu Cau where the group will take photos of incense drying.
C1: Incense sticks drying
Return to Hanoi and have lunch before heading to Hung Yen to explore:
C2: Bamboo weaving
C3: Soy bean making process
Return to Hanoi and stay overnight at the hotel.
DAY 3: MU CANG CHAI
After breakfast, the group departs from the hotel and heads to Mu Cang Chai (approximately 7 hours).
The group will travel through the scenic Lim Mong and Lim Thai valleys, crossing the renowned Khau Pha Pass—one of the “four great mountain passes” of the Northwest highlands, alongside Pha Din, O Quy Ho, and Ma Pi Leng passes. These winding mountain roads carve their way through lush primeval forests and magnificent terraced fields cultivated by the Hmong and Thai ethnic groups, offering photographers stunning compositions of cultural and natural beauty.
Arriving Mu Cang Chai, we get ready to capture:
C4: Sunset photos at Horse Shoe Hill.
Stay the night in Mu Cang Chai
DAY 4: MU CANG CHAI – MUONG HUM
As the first rays of sunlight touched the earth, the group, already awake and energized, began our photographic adventure.
C5: Sunrise at Mam Xoi Hill.
Return to hotel and enjoying breakfast, then check out and proceed to Sapa (approximately 5 hours).
Photograph the dramatic scenery of O Quy Ho Pass on your way to Muong Hum. Afternoon photography session:
C6: Terraced fields in Muong Hum with the Dao ethnic people.
Stay the night in Muong Hum
DAY 5: MUONG HUM – Y TY
The group rose with the sun, our cameras ready to frame the breathtaking scenes awaiting us.
C7: Morning at Sang Ma Sao.
C8: Landscape photography of rice fields in Y Ty (with local models and the Hmong ethnic group)
C9: Sunset shooting and arrange shooting for all day
Return to Muong Hum for the night.
DAY 6: MUONG HUM – HA NOI
C10: Arrange shooting with Hmong children.
The group will transfer to Long Cốc via Tu Le (approximately 6 hours).
C11: Sunset photos at Long Cốc Tea Hill.
Back to Hanoi (approximately 2 hours) and stay at the hotel.
DAY 7: DEPARTURE DATE
Travel to the airport and depart for your flight home, signaling the end of your adventure
