Detailed Itinarary 

Day 1: Nha Trang 

  • Arrive at Nha Trang airport (CXR) 
  • Transfer guests to a hotel near Hon Khoi for rest 
  • Stay the night at Hon Khoi 

Day 2: Nha Trang – Phu Yen  

  • Shooting C1: Sunrise at Hon Khoi salt farm 
  • As the first light illuminates the vast salt fields, workers meticulously rake and shape the glistening white mounds, their silhouettes standing out against the golden hues of dawn. This scene captures the harmony of labor and nature, offering breathtaking compositions filled with texture, light, and reflection.

  • The moss-covered beach of Nha Trang is a hidden gem, where the vibrant green seaweed contrasts beautifully with the clear blue waters. As the waves gently lap against the shore, the serene atmosphere of this unique landscape offers a peaceful escape from the bustling city.

Afternoon:  

  • Shooting C3: Capture the scene of harvesting cogon grass 
  • During the harvest season, local people go to harvest sedge and tie it into bundles. When transporting the sedge back home, they creatively tie the bundles together to form rafts, which they pull across the stream instead of carrying or hauling them. (2 local models recreate this scene)  

 

  • Shooting C4: Capture the process of drying cogon grass 
  • After being brought back, the sedge will be dried in the sun. The worker spreads out each bundle of sedge to dry before moving on to the next stage. 
  • Standard: 5 local models 

 

  • Shooting C5: Capture the process of dyeing cogon grass and making mats 
  • Once the sedge is dried, the dyeing process begins. The sedge is dyed into many vibrant colors, dried to keep its color fresh, and made into beautiful mats.

Day 3: Phu Yen 

  • Shooting C6: Sunrise at Ganh Den 
  • The Ganh Den in Phu Yen standing at the edge of the cliff, facing the sea, illuminating and guiding ships in and out of the Vung Heo and Bay Xuan Dai waters of Phu Yen, that rise dramatically from the the crystal-clear waters, creating a breathtaking natural landscape. With the sun setting behind, the place radiates a peaceful yet awe-inspiring beauty, perfect for those seeking tranquility and wonder.

  • Under the blazing sunlight, the salt fields stretch endlessly like giant mirrors, reflecting the deep blue sky in a way that seems almost surreal. The salt crystals glisten and shimmer, creating a dazzling display of light and texture that is a dream for photographers.

  • The traditional fishnet casting at Hon Yen in Phu Yen is a captivating sight, as fishermen skillfully throw their nets into the sparkling waters against the backdrop of stunning coastal landscapes.   • Shooting C9: Coracle boat – Making Process 

The coracles (small round boats) are iconic in coastal Vietnam. Watching the creation process will yield beautiful, detailed shots of craftsmanship. (2 local models) 

 

  • Shooting C10: Tying boats in Dam O Loan lagoon 
  • The boats seem ordinary, but through the hands of the boatman, they become beautiful paintings, the boats are like giant soft petals floating gently on the calm water.

Day 4: Phu Yen – Quang Ngai 

  • Have breakfast at hotel 
  • Shooting C11: Ong Cop wooden bridge 
  • The wooden Ong Cop Bridge stands gracefully over the river, with its intricate design blending harmoniously with the surrounding natural beauty. The weathered wood and rustic charm of the bridge evoke a sense of timelessness, making it a perfect spot for anyone seeking peace and scenic views. 

 

  • Travel to Quy Nhon (approximately 1 hour) 
  • Shooting C12: Capture the process of drying bun An Thai (a type of rice noodle) 
  • The sun-kissed streets of An Thai in Quy Nhon come alive with the sight of delicate rice noodles drying under the clear blue sky, creating a picturesque scene of local craftsmanship. The vibrant, long strands of noodles, spread out on woven mats, reflect the region’s rich culinary traditions and simple yet stunning beauty.

Day 5: Quang Ngai – Hoi An 

  • Have breakfsat at hotel 
  • Travel to Hoi An (2 hours) 
  • Shooting C14: Capture the Bay Mau coconut forest 
  • The Bay Mau Coconut Forest stretches as far as the eye can see, creating a breathtaking panorama of lush greenery and tranquil waterways. 
  • Bay Mau melon forest seen from above will be a wonderful beauty, the river gently winds through the vast coconut forests, experience sitting on a basket boat and enjoy the taste of nature.

  • A rural action shot capturing the power of the animals and the beauty of the countryside. The green fields will offer a vibrant, peaceful setting.
