Day 1: Arrival date
- Upon landing at Noi Bai International Airport (HAN), you’ll be greeted and transferred to your hotel. The evening is yours to unwind and prepare for the photographic adventure ahead.

Day 2: Hanoi & Surroundings
C1: Sunrise at the Hanoi Ceramic Mosaic Mural
- A poetic morning unfolds as 1 elegant female model in a traditional Ao Dai strolls beside a flower vendor and her bicycle adorned with vibrant blooms. The world’s longest ceramic mural, alive with intricate details, serves as a timeless backdrop for storytelling images.
- Depart for C2 – Bamboo Weaving in Hung Yen (about 1hr drive)
This will offer a glimpse into Vietnam’s traditional craftsmanship. The old man weaving a “Do” (fish-catching device) with local elders adds a personal, authentic element. The close-up shots of hands weaving or the process itself could create beautiful textures and portraits.
- C3 – Soy Bean Making Process (about 1hr drive)
Amid rows of large, earthen jars used for soybean fermentation, 2 graceful female models interact naturally—pouring, stirring, and arranging. Their delicate motions bring life to this scene of culinary heritage.
After lunch, the group moves to Quang Phu Cau
- C4 – Incense Making at Quang Phu Cau (driving time 1,5 hrs)
Quang Phu Cau is famous for its incense-making tradition. Here, the vibrant reds and oranges of the incense sticks will contrast beautifully with the serene and meditative atmosphere. The two models can add life to the traditionally crafted scene.

Day 3: Buon Ma Thuot & Lak Lake
- Fly to Buon Ma Thuot (about 2hrs fly)
Flying to Buon Ma Thuot takes you to the Central Highlands, known for its rich culture and natural beauty.
- Depart for Lak lake (about 1,5hrs drive)
- Shooting C5 – Elephant with Ethnic Female Model
The Central Highlands are home to several ethnic minorities, and including an elephant adds to the majesty of this experience. The juxtaposition of an elephant and an ethnic model in traditional attire promised stunning photographs.

- C6 – Elephant with the Monk
The relationship between humans and elephants in Vietnam has a deep cultural significance. Combining this with the serene figure of a monk will give your photos a spiritual, peaceful vibe.

- C7 – Elephant with Monk & Ao Dai
The Ao Dai, Vietnam’s iconic traditional dress, set against the backdrop of a monk and an elephant, will beautifully merge the country’s Buddhist heritage with its historic attire, offering a striking contrast of colors and cultural significance.

Beneath the fiery hues of a setting sun, a solitary elephant strides gracefully near a lone tree, its silhouette etched against the vast horizon. The tree’s branches stretch toward the sky, while the elephant’s powerful yet serene presence completes the scene, embodying nature’s quiet strength and beauty.

Day 4: Central Highlands & Phu Yen
- C9 – Sunrise with Elephant Pulling a Boat
Another majestic photo opportunity! The sunrise combined with the elephant and boat creates an ethereal scene, full of motion and tranquility.
The shooting session lasts for 1 hour
- C10 – Elephant Pounding Rice
Two ethnic models in traditional attire pound rice rhythmically, capturing the essence of Central Highlands’ rural life, while a majestic elephant stands in the background, symbolizing the harmonious bond between nature and culture.
The shooting session lasts for 1 hour
- C11 – Sunset scene of boats tied at O Loan lagoon
Two local models will create a lotus shape by tying their boats together at sunset. In addition, you can capture the moment when fishermen wash their nets by the water, with the soft glow of the setting sun reflecting off the surface, adding a peaceful and serene atmosphere to the scene.
Stay at Phu Yen.
Day 5: Phu Yen & Coastal Areas
Morning: The group gets up early to catch the sunrise
- C12 – Sunrise at Ganh Da Dia
This unique geological formation of basalt columns provides a dramatic landscape for a sunrise shoot. The texture of the rocks will be especially beautiful when lit by the soft morning light.
Then the group returns to the hotel for breakfast and rest.
- C13 – Grass Pulling
During the harvest season, local people go to harvest sedge and tie it into bundles. When transporting the sedge back home, they creatively tie the bundles together to form rafts, which they pull across the stream instead of carrying or hauling them. (2 local models recreate this scene)
After lunch, the afternoon photography session includes 2 concepts:
- C14 – Dying & Drying Colored Grass
After being brought back home, the sedge will be dried and dyed in various vibrant colors. Once dyed, the sedge is left to dry under the sun for a day to ensure the colors stay vivid. Afterward, the sedge is stored away to be used gradually in the weaving of mats. A vibrant and colorful shoot. The contrast between the dried grass and the vivid hues will create striking visual contrasts, especially when worked into the local farming backdrop. (5 local models)

C15 – Coracle boat – Making Process
The coracles (small round boats) are iconic in coastal Vietnam. Watching the creation process will yield beautiful, detailed shots of craftsmanship. (2 local models)
Move to Ninh Hoa, Khanh Hoa. The trip takes 3 hours.
Stay at Hon Khoi
Day 6: Nha Trang & Ninh Thuan
- C16 – Sunrise with Salt Workers at Hon Khoi
The salt fields of Hon Khoi are famous, and a sunrise shoot with 3 local workers making salt will create a wonderful scene of labor and tradition. The light and textures of the salt fields will add a unique backdrop.
- C17 – Net Weaving in Nha Trang
The intricate process of weaving fishing nets is a great subject for close-ups and action shots. The weavers’ hands and the texture of the nets will make for compelling visuals. This session features two local models who will bring the scene to life, showcasing the daily practices of the local people.
Depart from Nha Trang to Ninh Thuan (driving time: 3 hours). Along the way, the group will travel along the scenic Vĩnh Hy coastal road, offering breathtaking views of the coastline, crystal-clear waters and lush landscapes.
Arriving in Ninh Thuan to photograph:
- C18 – Cham Girl Making Pottery
The Cham ethnic group has a long history of pottery-making. Focus on capturing the portrait of a young Cham woman, highlighting her beauty and grace as she works with clay, immersed in the timeless artistry of Cham ancient culture. The scene will evoke the deep connection between the artisan and the craft, showcasing the rich heritage of the Cham people.
- C19 – Sunset with Shepherd
A sunset scene with a shepherd could evoke a pastoral, peaceful atmosphere. The shepherd and their flock will provide perfect subjects against the warm hues of the sunset.
Return to hotel for rest and dinner.

Day 7: Ninh Thuan & Ho Chi Minh City
The group get up early in the morning.

Choose one of these concepts:
- A mother and son walking together across the dunes.
- Three Cham women models in traditional attire, carrying pottery, walking gracefully on the dunes.
- Three women models dressed in traditional Ao Dai, carrying baskets, walking on the dunes.
The group returns hotel and has breakfast. Check out and head to Ho Chi Minh.
- C21 – Fish Drying at Ca Na
The fish drying process is a vibrant local activity. The drying fish, combined with two models, could offer a lively, dynamic scene full of texture.
- C22 – Fish Sauce Making Process
Fish sauce is a key ingredient in Vietnamese cuisine. Capturing the fermentation and bottling process could provide an interesting angle on Vietnamese food culture.
- C23 – Vietnamese rice vermicelli bundles making (Banh hoi making process)
Vietnamese rice vermicelli cake has become an inspiration for many photographers. Banh hoi made from pure rice and without preservatives, is a delicate process that involves steaming, pressing, and drying the rice dough. A local model will showcase this traditional craft, capturing the artistry and culture behind each step.
Moving to Ho Chi Minh City
Stay the night at Ho Chi Minh City.
Day 8: Departure
- Today, the group will have a day of rest and wait for the flight back home.
