Detailed Itinarary 

Day 1: Ho Chi Minh City (HCM) 

• Welcome the delegation in Ho Chi Minh City (SGN)  

• Depart for Long An (around 3 hours drive) 

• Check in the hotel and rest. Stay the night at Long An. 

Day 2: Long An – Buon Ma Thuot 

• Morning: Get up early and ready for C1 

• Shooting C1 – Water Lilies  

• The water lilies are a serene subject, and the boats filled with flowers add a dynamic, colorful touch to the scene. 3 local models in traditional ao ba ba gracefully gather vibrant blooms, their conical hats reflecting in the mirror-like surface, creating a serene and timeless composition.  

• Standard: 3 boats full of lilies, 3 models with  different Bà-ba shirt colors. This Photography session lasts for 1,5 hours 

 

• Depart for Duc Hoa  

• Shooting C2 – Grass Pulling  

• In the harvest season, locals gather sedge and bundle it into stacks, cleverly binding them into rafts for transport across the stream. Rather than carrying or hauling the bundles, they glide them along the water—a practice beautifully reenacted by two local models. 

 

• Standard: 2 models, 2 bunches of grass. 

After lunch, we head to the airport for a short one-hour flight to Buon Ma Thuot (BMV Airport).
The Central Highlands unfold before your eyes, offering a rich cultural tapestry, renowned coffee plantations, vibrant ethnic traditions, and the majestic presence of elephants. 

• Dinner & Stay in Buon Ma Thuot 

 Enjoy a traditional meal to experience the local flavors.

Day 3: Buon Ma Thuot 

We start early with a takeaway breakfast and head to Lak Lake 

• Shooting C3 – Sunrise at Lak Lake – Elephant Pulling the Boat  

• Capture the enchanting sunrise as elephants pull boats across the water. The serene landscape of Lak Lake, combined with the dramatic backlighting, highlights the profound connection between humans and elephants while offering breathtaking photographic opportunities. 

• Standard: 1 elephant, 1 model, 1 boat. 

• This photography session lasts for 1h  

• Shooting C4 – Portrait Shooting with Elephant and Local Model  

• Experience the intimacy of portrait photography featuring an elephant and a local model in traditional ethnic attire, showcasing the deep bond and harmonious friendship between nature and humanity. 

• Standard: 1 elephant, 1 model. 

• This photography session lasts for 1h 

 

• Lunch  

• Shooting C5 – Elephant with Ao Dai Model & the Monk  

• This is an iconic image that mixes Vietnam’s rich spiritual traditions with its majestic wildlife. The contrast between the monk’s simplicity and the model in a traditional Ao Dai adds cultural depth. 

• Standard: 1 elephant, 1 model, 1 monk 

• Shooting time: 1 hour 

• Shooting C6 – Sunset with the Lonely Tree  

• Beneath the resplendent glow of a setting sun, a solitary elephant moves with quiet grace beside a lone tree, its majestic silhouette outlined against the expansive horizon. The tree’s branches reach elegantly toward the heavens, while the elephant’s imposing yet serene presence completes the tableau, embodying the quiet strength and timeless beauty of nature.

Day 4: Buon Ma Thuot to Gia Lai 

• After breakfast, check out and head to Buon Ho 

• Shooting C7 – Pounding Rice with Elephant  

• Pounding rice is a time-honored tradition in the Central Highlands. The presence of the elephant, accompanied by the models in their traditional attire, creates a compelling narrative, capturing the essence of this ancient practice in a powerful and evocative shot.

• Shooting C8 – Elephant with Ao Dai 

 A striking and iconic image that beautifully highlights the elegance of the Ao Dai, set against the majestic presence of the elephant. 

• Depart for Gia Lai  

• Shooting C9 – Sunset at Rock Mountain with Cultural Dance of Ethnic People  

• This dramatic landscape, combined with the cultural dance, will offer an excellent opportunity for action shots against a beautiful natural backdrop. 

• Standard: whole pack with a traditional scene of ethnic people 

• Stay the night at Gia Lai 

Day 5: Gia Lai to Quang Ngai & Hoi An 

The group get up early in the morning. 

• Shooting C10 – Sunrise with Hundred-Year-Old Pine Row & Model  

• The long, symmetrical rows of pine trees will create stunning lines in your composition. The model can be placed at various points along the row to create depth and focal interest. 

• Standard: 1 model in white traditional Ao dai 

• Depart for Quang Ngai  

• Shooting C11 – Cow Pulling on the Grass Field  

• A rural action shot capturing the power of the animals and the beauty of the countryside. The green fields will offer a vibrant, peaceful setting. 

• Standard: 1 cow, 3 models 

After the photography session, return to the hotel to check in and enjoy dinner. You will have the evening free to explore the charming nightscape of Hoi An Ancient Town. 

• Stay the night at Hoi An 

Day 6: Hoi An & Coastal Areas 

Morning: get up early to get on for a boat trip out to the sea; today we will have a seascape setting. 

• Shooting C12 – Sunrise at Cua Dai with Fisherman Checking Fish Net  

• The fishing nets, bathed in the soft light of early morning, create a vivid tapestry of textures and colors. The presence of the fisherman introduces a human touch to this tranquil coastal scene, as they check their nets and gather the day’s catch, adding life to the serene setting.

• Shooting C13 – Ao Dai in Hoi An Ancient Town  

• Hoi An’s ancient town is a UNESCO World Heritage site, perfect for shooting in the narrow streets with its colorful buildings and lanterns. The Ao Dai model will be a great contrast against this vibrant backdrop.

• Shooting C14 – Lantern Making  

• Lanterns are one of Hoi An’s trademarks. The process of making them, especially with three models involved, will provide a vibrant, artistic set of shots.

• Shooting C15 – Bay Mau Coconut Forest (Drone Shots)  

• The Bay Mau Coconut Forest is a beautiful mangrove area. Drone shots will allow you to capture the pattern of the forest and the traditional boats.
